Your brain works
differently. Not worse.

ADHD assessment, autism spectrum support, and therapy for neurodivergent adults. I work without stigma — the goal is to understand how you function and find strategies that actually work for you.

Adult ADHD — the symptoms you may have overlooked

Many people with ADHD reach a psychologist only in adulthood — after years of compensating for difficulties and being told they were simply "lazy" or "not trying hard enough." Undiagnosed ADHD profoundly affects self-esteem, relationships, and career. A diagnosis is the first step to understanding yourself — and understanding is the foundation of change.

Difficulty concentrating and finishing tasks
Procrastination and poor organisation
Impulsivity in decisions and relationships
Emotional dysregulation, anger outbursts
Feeling "different" or misunderstood
Chronic last-minute rushing
Hyperfocus alternating with distraction
Sleep difficulties and dysregulated arousal

Autism spectrum in adults

A growing number of adults — often after years of searching for answers — discover they are on the autism spectrum. Women and people with high-functioning ASD in particular have spent years "masking" their difficulties. In therapy the goal is not to "fix" you — it is to understand your sensory and social profile, build strategies that support you, and help you find an environment where you thrive rather than merely survive.

FAQ

Your questions answered

Do you diagnose ADHD in adults?
Yes — I offer psychological assessment for adult ADHD. The assessment includes a detailed clinical interview, standardised diagnostic tools (questionnaires, attention tests), and a results discussion in the context of your daily functioning.
How is adult ADHD different from childhood ADHD?
In adults, physical hyperactivity often fades or changes form — it may appear as inner restlessness or an inability to relax. The foreground is taken by difficulties with concentration, organisation, procrastination, impulsivity in relationships, and emotional dysregulation.
Do you work with autistic adults?
Yes. I work with adults on the autism spectrum (ASD) — both those with a diagnosis and those considering one. Therapy focuses on understanding your own sensory and neurological profile, building strategies to manage difficulties, and reducing suffering — not on "fixing" neurodivergence.
Is ADHD therapy available online?
Yes. Therapy sessions and consultation for ADHD assessment are available online. Some elements of formal diagnostic testing may require an in-person format — we will clarify this individually.
